1. Acceptance of Terms

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Srybit Technologies website or engaging our services. By accessing this website or entering into a service agreement with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Services We Provide

Srybit Technologies provides custom software development services including, but not limited to:

- Website design and development (Next.js, React, WordPress).

- Custom ERP and CRM software development.

- UI/UX design and prototyping.

- E-commerce development and integration.

- SaaS dashboards and analytics platforms.

- Ongoing maintenance, support, and updates.

All services are delivered based on a mutually agreed scope of work, timeline, and pricing outlined in a project proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

3. Project Agreements & Payment

Each project is governed by a separate proposal or statement of work that defines deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones. The following general terms apply:

- A non-refundable advance payment is required before work commences.

- Remaining payments are due as per the agreed milestone schedule.

- Delays in payment may result in project suspension.

- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables (source code, design files, content) produced specifically for their project.

The following remain the exclusive property of Srybit Technologies:

- Proprietary frameworks, templates, and code libraries developed independently.

- Third-party components and open-source libraries (governed by their respective licences).

- All website content, branding, and materials on srybit.in.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, clients agree to:

- Provide timely feedback, content, and required materials.

- Designate a single point of contact for project communication.

- Obtain necessary licences for any third-party assets they supply.

- Not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

6. Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope will be treated as change requests and may be subject to additional charges. We will provide a revised quote before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical details, pricing, and client data. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the working relationship.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Srybit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

- The client pays for all work completed up to the termination date.

- Advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Srybit Technologies will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
